Free Mindfulness Online Sessions
Regal Hotels has always prioritized the well-being of our guests. We are honored to partner with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF) to introduce Mindfulness practices in our hotels, aiming to reduce stress and enhance emotional well-being for our guests. We hope that mindfulness will bring tranquility and relaxation to your Regal Hotels experience.
Below are the free mindfulness online sessions provided by OMF. You can choose an online session that suits your schedule for training purposes.
