Songkran Festival is the most well-known traditional celebration in Thailand. Songkran comes from the Thai word "Sanskrit", which means passing and entering the new year. Since water has the meaning of purification and blessing in Buddhism, people will pour water to each other, symbolizing cleansing, reverence, and good fortune in the coming new year. No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the package rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products

As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.

With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
