Indulge in a delightful combination of flavours and textures with truffle appetizers, such as Organic Warm Mushroom Salad and Norcia Truffle, USA Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with Horseradish Cream, Baby Cress, Pesto and Shaved Norcia Truffle, Forest Mushroom Soup with Norcia Truffle Cream and Shimeji. Followed by main course of Porcini, Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli with Baby Spinach, Asparagus and Norcia Truffle; Norcia Truffle Pasta Aglio e Olio with E.V.O.O. Caviar, Shaved Truffle and Pine Nuts; Pan Seared Seabass Fillet with Chanterelle Mushroom, Shellfish and Norcia Truffle Cream Sauce; Honey Truffle Glazed Pork Chop with Homemade Rosemary Apple Gravy and U.S. Beef Tenderloin Rossini with Foie Gras with Mushroom Sauce and Shaved Norcia Truffle.

Set Dinner Menu

Set Dinner menu, starting from HK$638 is provided for guests with more options on appetizers and main courses to choose from, such as Pan Seared Scallop with Baby Spinach, Shimeji Mushroom and Norcia Truffle; Sauteed Pacific Prawn with Zucchini and Norcia Truffle Paste; Carabinero Prawn Risotto with Saffron Seafood Broth and Norcia Shaved Truffle; Pan Seared Halibut Fillet Crab Meat and Mushroom with Norcia Truffle Cream Sauce. At last, complete with Homemade Summer Truffle Tiramisu, accompanied by Freshly Brewed Lavazza Coffee or Tea, enhancing the overall experience with its aromatic flavours.
