Regal Court Mid-Autumn Festival Set Menu

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in style with us. Beyond the traditional lanterns and mooncakes, it's the right moment for reunion during this special occasion. Regal Kowloon Hotel is pleased to introduce the Mid-Autumn Festival Set Menu for different party sizes starting from HK$1,688 for 4 persons, HK$3,088 for 6 persons and HK$5,988 for 12 persons, featuring various signature dishes.

Indulge in a delightful combination of flavors and textures with dishes, such as Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce and Jelly Fish with Sesame Oil, Braised Bird’s Net with Assorted Seafood, Stir-fried Scallops with Clams and Vegetables, Steamed Fresh Grouper, Poached Vegetables with Cordyceps Flower and Fungus, Smoked Crispy Chicken with Supreme Tea Leaves (half bird), Fried Rice with Dried Baby Shrimps and Ham, and followed by a warmth note of Sweetened Red Bean Cream with Dumplings at the end.

Larger group of guests are offered witha different version of our Mid-Autumn Set Menu. Enjoy an array of delectable dishes that are different from the set menu for 4, such as Barbecued Suckling Pig with Jelly Fish with Sesame Oil, Stir-fried Shrimps and Scallops with Vegetables and Caramelized Walnut, Braised Vegetables with Shredded Conpoy, Deep-fried Stuffed Carb Claw, Braised Bird’s Net with Assorted Seafood, Braised Mushroom with Goose Webs and Vegetables, Steamed Tiger Grouper, Smoked Crispy Chicken with Supreme Tea Leaves, Fried Rice with Conpoy and Eggs White, and followed by a warmth note of Sweetened Red Bean Cream with Dumplings at the end.
