- The above rate is only applicable to new booking. All reservations under long staying package are required for pre-paying for the rental of a whole month, which are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

- Reservations must be made in advance.
- All gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
- Hotel reserves the right to terminate guest's booking at our sole discretion in exceptional situation. Guests must leave the Hotel immediately without compensation or reimbursement.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of iclub To Kwa Wan Hotel shall be final and conclusive.
