• No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
• The rate is subject to a 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
• This offer is available for advance bookings only.
• The above rate is applicable to a consecutive stay of 30 nights or above. 
• The above rate is only applicable to new booking. All reservations under long staying package are required for pre-paying for the rental of a whole month, which are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Supplementary charge per night will be applied during fair period, festive days and eves.
• Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product or service.
• All Long staying packages do not qualify for earning Regal Club points.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of iclub AMTD Sheung Wan Hotel shall be final and conclusive.
